At the end of what’s been a really busy month, it’s time to put pen-to-paper, so to speak. One of the real joys of working in Marketing is the variety of work that we get involved in and this month has been no exception.

This month, among other things; we’ve been helping Team Magnus with sales support at a variety of events in Scotland and the North of England. One thing that’s been absolutely apparent is the real power of immediate feedback and the real importance of dealing face-to-face with customers. You get to hear direct feedback and questions about the product that you’d never have guessed, or maybe think that was taken for granted. It’s even better when you genuinely believe what you’re selling is the best-thing-since-sliced-bread. Bring on the snow….

One of the challenges facing Fraktul as a new business has been in developing partnerships with other like minded organisations, with complementary skill-sets. It’s really good to have found some great people and businesses, in the last few months, who are aligned with what we do and offer great customer service. You know who you are and we’re looking forward to working more together. In challenging times, it really is people skills, communication and a real want to deliver – that make all the difference.

It’s hard to believe that we’ve been in our new office now for two months. It’s a great space to work and the view from the office window is at once, distracting and breathtaking. If you haven’t visited yet, do call us and drop in for a coffee.

One thing that we just can’t keep to ourselves is our delight at the success of our client The Bathroom Company, which swept the board at the Perthshire Chamber – Business Star Awards, winning both Marketing Campaign and Business of the Year. We’re really pleased to be working with this amazing team who deliver both great products and top-end service.
